5.Cleantheareaaroundthedrainvalveandonthe

machineframe.Locatetheoildrainhoseandslide

itoverthedrainvalve(Figure35).

withtheopenendup.Pournewoiloftheproper

type,inthroughthethreadedcenterhole.Stop

pouringwhentheoilreachesthebottomofthe

threads.Allowaminuteortwofortheoiltobe

absorbedbytheltermaterial.

13.Applyathinlmofcleanoiltotherubbergasketon

thenewlter.

14.Installthereplacementoilltertothemountingpad.

Turntheoillterclockwiseuntiltherubbergasket

contactsthepad,thentightenthelteranadditional

2/3to1turn(Figure37).
